Bio:
Beautiful, yet humble and charismatic, Tam Berry is ready to take the entertainment industry by storm. If you don’t know her, get to know. You may have seen her debut in Smooth Girl’s 6th Annual Live from Jamaica Issue or caught a glimpse of her on various internet blogs. She is ready to “step up to the plate” with her winning mentality and set a new precedence in urban, as well as commercial media. Tam has set no limits for her potential, she is more than just another girl with a pretty face. Tam is multi-talented; modeling, acting and writing are her passions and that’s just the beginning. She also has the desire to become an entreprenuer and has her sights set on opening businesses geared towards both entertainment and fitness.In her spare time, Tam enjoys cooking, working out and watching Family. She is a native of Dallas, Texas and a Dallas Cowboys fan. Her favorite kinds of food are Soul Food, Mexican and Italian.

Hennywiz: First off, where are you from and what’s your ethnic background?
Tambre aka Tamberry: I am African American; I’m just what they call “high-yellow” down south.

Tambre aka Tamberry: I don’t consider the modeling industry as a career at this point; it’s just a small business right now. When it starts making me some “career money”, then I will consider it as a career, until then it’s just a small business or a part-time job.

Tambre aka Tamberry: Smoothgirl was an awesome experience, it was definitely a once in a lifetime opportunity and I am grateful that my first job in a national publication was with Smoothgirl magazine. They really do an excellent job presenting their featured models in the most beautiful and sexy way. Hennywiz: Give a rundown of some of the publications people might have seen you in..
Tambre aka Tamberry: Smoothgirl is my only publication that I have been featured in, but I am definitely interested in being featured in other publications.
Hennywiz: Who are some of the photographers you’ve worked with to help create your fierce looking photos?

Tambre aka Tamberry: Garth Aikens photographed me for my Smoothgirl spread and Dwyane Darden of Summerbunnies.com is responsible for majority of the photo’s that you’ve all fell in love with.
Hennywiz: A question I tend to ask models/vixens is, in this forever evolving business, new faces emerge by the minute. What separates “Tam Berry” from your peers?

Tambre aka Tamberry: What sets me apart from models/vixens are motives and goals. A lot of model’s and vixens do modeling and videos just to be seen. I am affiliated with the group of models and vixens that are using modeling as a foundation to build a business.
Hennywiz: Overall, what has been your opinion of the modeling industry?
Hennywiz: Overall, what has been your opinion of the modeling industry?
Tambre aka Tamberry: I don’t have much of an opinion of it; I do my best to try not engulf myself in it. My goal is just to stay focused on making money and not try to define myself as simply a model; I’d rather be recognized as a business woman.
Hennywiz: What are some of your long term goals as you continue to progress in your career? Tambre aka Tamberry: I’d like to possibly start my own publication and assist other aspiring models get into the business the “right way”

Tambre aka Tamberry: I am interested in fitness, cooking, reading, writing and I am currently working on my Bachelor’s Degree in Business.

Tambre aka Tamberry: It’s a possibility; I believe I definitely have the talent. Hennywiz: What would be a dream role for you?
Tambre aka Tamberry: I would definitely like to do a comedy or something; I am way too much of a goofball to do something dramatic.

Tambre aka Tamberry: No, not at this time. The only special people in my life are my family.

Tambre aka Tamberry: Humility, sense of humor and intelligence. I enjoy someone who is health conscious and enjoys working out as much as I do.
Hennywiz: What advice do you have for someone that would like to approach you in public? Tambre aka Tamberry: Just be yourself.

Tambre aka Tamberry: Being disrespectful, superficial and arrogance are really big turn-offs for me. I can’t stand a high-maintenance guy either.

Tambre aka Tamberry: People that actually get to know me, actually enjoy my smile more than anything.
Hennywiz: How would you describe your fashion style?
Hennywiz: How would you describe your fashion style?
Tambre aka Tamberry: It really depends on the occasion, I really don’t have a certain style. I love to change things up! I love classic clothing, I am not really into trendy clothes. I can get really glamorous when it’s time to go out or the town or if I am just around the house I wear something comfortable like sweats and a wife beater.

Tambre aka Tamberry: I listen to mostly R&B, but I have probably every type of music in my iPod.

Tambre aka Tamberry: That I am so funny and just a cool person to be around. People always talk to me and ask me for advice.
Hennywiz: What is your guilty pleasure?
Tambre aka Tamberry: I really love baking and eating sweets. I love to make cookies, pies, pudding and whatever sweet snacks I can think of.

Tambre aka Tamberry: Tamberry.com is still in the development stage, but when it does launch it will have some awesome content.

gphi…It's cool that she is about building a business. It's good that she wants to start her own publication to help other models, everybody needs help sometime. I enjoy writing too(poetry). The Bachelor's Degree in Business will be great in the long run. I'm also the one that most of my friends call & talk to & ask for my advice or opinion. PEACE!!!
