Bio:
Zuri Latrice was born November 23, 1988 in Cleveland, Oh. She was adopted at 18 months. she wanted to be everything from a scientist to a lawyer but modeling never crossed her mind. Even though she enjoyed taking pictures, she assumed all models had to be tall and thin. During her youth she excelled in school and loved to travel. in fifth grade she became an exchange student in Paris, France. That was an experience that made her love for exploring the world even greater. In both junior high and high school, she participated in varsity basketball and softball. She loved sports and was definitely considered a tomboy. At Cleveland Heights High School she played left and right field. As a part of the Lady Tigers basketball team, she was point guard turned shooting guard. She loved it. She was known for her three-point shot andalso received an honorable mention in her conference. Eventually she received a scholarship from Lakeland Community College and became their starting shooting guard. Even though Zuri loves basketball and still plays from time to time, she decided to hang up her hoop shorts for a spot in the modeling industry. The transformation from tomboy to model has been fun for her. “I never thought I was sexy, cute…but not sexy,” she stated. We can all disagree with that statement. “I used to think all models were 6ft, 100lbs…not anymore!” she laughed. Standing at 5’5″, 145lbs and measurements of 36-28-42, she is definitely ready to take over the game!

Hennywiz: What’s happening Zuri? Welcome to the daily dose…

Hennywiz: For starters where are you originally from and what is your ethnic background?

Zuri Latrice: I’m from Cleveland, Ohio and I am African-American

Hennywiz: What are your measurements for the people that don’t already know?

Zuri Latrice: 36-28-42

Hennywiz: What or who inspired you to begin a modeling career?

Zuri Latrice: I always wanted to be a model, but I didn’t really recognize my full potential until I took my senior pics

Hennywiz: Rundown some of the publications you’ve been featured in?

Zuri Latrice: I’ve been featured in Titanium Girlz magazine, Enfluenz magazine and many other sites online

Hennywiz: Who are some of the photographers you’ve worked with to help create the amazing photos of you?

Hennywiz: With all the shoots you’ve done, which ones have been your most memorable so far?

Zuri Latrice: I did a lingerie shoot in the snow before. Lmao, but I have fun with everyone I shoot with

Hennywiz: What impact has modeling had on your personal life?

Zuri Latrice: It makes a relationship more difficult lol

Hennywiz: Overall, what has been your opinion of the modeling industry?

Zuri Latrice: It’s very biased and there is a lot of competition
Hennywiz: In this forever evolving business, new faces emerge by the minute. What separates Zuri Latrice from your peers?

Zuri Latrice: I’m a go getter. I look at modeling as a business and I don’t do it for the attention. Im a natural hustler and find as many ways to make money as possible. Ive never had less than two jobs and depend on no one. You can easily make money from modeling as long as you grind and stay in shape. It can also lead to other opportunities such as acting. Im different because I realized alot of things early in the game.

Hennywiz: What has been some of the highlights of your career?

Zuri Latrice: I haven’t done as much as I want but my future is bright. Ive been in Titanium Girlz magazine and will be in Sweets soon. I know those features will lead to other opportunities with bigger magazines and possibly videos.

Hennywiz: Are you bound for the big screen? Is acting in your plans?

Zuri Latrice: I thought about it. My main focus right now is school but if the opportunity came along I would pursue it

Hennywiz: What would be a dream role for you?

Zuri Latrice: A romantic comedy

Hennywiz: What music videos have you been?

Zuri Latrice: Only local videos so far but I plan on hitting some soon

Hennywiz: What are some of your long term goals as you continue to progress in your career?

Zuri Latrice: I plan to finish my site, hit some covers and also get into some advertising such as hair and fashion

Hennywiz: What other interest do you have besides modeling?

Zuri Latrice: Bowling and just having fun

Hennywiz: What are some of your hobbies?

Zuri Latrice: I’m a very laid back person, but I still hoop from time to time and I love traveling

Hennywiz: It’s time to get personal, lol!! Do you have a significant other? If so, how does he or she feel about you modeling?

Zuri Latrice: Yes, he’s really not into it. Lol he doesn’t want the whole world seeing me half naked

Hennywiz: What qualities do you look for when choosing a mate?

Zuri Latrice: Humor, honesty, responsibility, neat, goal-oriented, and athletic

Hennywiz: What is your preference, men or is it women too?

Zuri Latrice: Just men

Hennywiz: What advice do you have for someone that would like to approach you in public?

Zuri Latrice: Don’t be afraid to say hi, I’m very down to earth

Hennywiz: What are some of the worst pick up lines you ever been hit with?

Zuri Latrice: Can’t think of any at the moment but I’ve heard some very bad ones lol

Hennywiz: What turns you on the most?

Zuri Latrice: Tattoos and a pretty smile

Hennywiz: What is an ultimate turn off for you?

Zuri Latrice: A guy that can’t dress

Hennywiz: There are some freaky people out there that will want to know, how your bedroom game is. Are you a super freak or casual romantic?

Zuri Latrice: I’m more romantic lol but I do have a wild side you just gotta bring it out

Hennywiz: What is your ultimate sexual fantasy?

Zuri Latrice: idk lol

Hennywiz: What parts of your body are you most complimented on and what are your favorite assets on you?

Zuri Latrice: I’m most complimented on my smile and legs and my favorite assets are my eyes and lips

Hennywiz: Give a description of a normal evening at home with you.

Zuri Latrice: I’m a big kid lol. I love to watch cartoons especially Sponge Bob

Hennywiz: Do you have any tattoos? If so where?

Zuri Latrice: I have two butterflies on my neck, a heart in my ear and two Japanese flowers with a butterfly in the middle very low on my waist under my belly button

Hennywiz: What is one thing about yourself that tends to shock people once they get to know you?

Zuri Latrice: How cool I am and that I used to hoop in college

Hennywiz: Name some things you couldn’t live without?

Zuri Latrice: My phone and Internet lol

Hennywiz: How would describe your fashion style?

Zuri Latrice: I love kicks but I do wear heels when I go out but not on the regular. I’m a screen tee ripped jeans kinda girl but I do get grown and sexy

Hennywiz: What genre of music are you in to?

Zuri Latrice: R&B

Hennywiz: What’s your mood music during a photo shoot?

Zuri Latrice: I need something to get me hype and energized lol

Hennywiz: Drink of choice to get you going?

Zuri Latrice: Grey Goose and cranberry

Zuri Latrice: My site being completely up and seeing me all over the net

Hennywiz: Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?

Zuri Latrice: Finished with school, successful, running my own modeling company and jus t happy

Zuri Latrice: Early august

Hennywiz: What advice do you have for inspiring models out there trying to break into the industry?

Zuri Latrice: Just go for it. Don’t let anybody tell you what you can’t do
